Have to

Use of Have To:  Have to is used with the infinitive to indicate obligation ; as, 

1. I have to be there by five o clock

2. He had to move the furniture himself.

To have + Infinitive :  This expression is used to express compulsion as is expressed with 'Must'. It also expressed obligation (In the Present, Past and Future).

  • I have to leave for Delhi today.
  • I don't have to meet him now.                                           (need not)
  • I have not to meet him now.
  • I will not to get up early in the morning.
  • I had to leave for Delhi yesterday.
  • I did not have to meet him there.                                      (need to have)
